Under the Actions column, click on “reactivate” next to the user you wish to reactivate. A person who wants to apply for an ABC license must start with the nearest ABC District Office. An ABC staff member will ask the applicant questions about the proposed operation and determine the type of license needed. Your application is not automatically approved when you submit and pay for it. A winegrower must have facilities and equipment for the conversion of fruit into wine and engage in the production of wine (BPC § 23013).
